Inside Out

When Adam’s wife, Wendy, is murdered he executes a series of vigilante killings and as a result is invited to join an organised covert operations unit, IA3, rather than face life in prison. Given a new name and a new identity (and a faked death to boot) Adan adopts the identity of Bataleur and commences his new life as a trained and lethal crime fighter and assassin, working directly for the government. Alongside his new colleagues, he works to take down prominent political players when requested, targeting corrupt businessmen and politicians alike to maintain national security and restore apparent order.

Taking place in South Africa, Inside Out explores crime, corruption, gang culture and politics using multiple narratives and various newspaper clippings to paint a vivid and action-packed story of lawbreaking and violence that is well-concealed from society.
