Snare

Amber awakens to silhouettes hanging over her bed. Not knowing the year, nor the reason for her revival, she’s flung into a dying world clinging onto her existence.

The unfamiliar voices welcome her to the world, now known as Earth 1. As Amber relearns of the powers she possesses, she begins piecing together her family tree–something Dr. Baker is willingly trying to avoid.

Amber, part of the Arcane (Arc) generation, is now the only hope for humans to extend their lifeline without dying out–along with Earth  1. BioCorp, a home for Dr. Baker’s deluded, power-driven science experiments, is now sustainably powered off of a once lethal plant, and is in the midst of training the Arcs as weapons to annex other locations.

Amber, finding herself in the midst of this vile experimentation, must determine the trajectory of the Arcs’ fate, and in doing so, calculatedly determine her family, and her own fate.

Will Amber bring down BioCorp and Doctor Baker?                        Can she do it while saving her race?                                                Will this cost her her family, and maybe her own life?
